Iremia is a Greek word which describes the resting point between two volcanic eruptions. It also translates as rest, peace and tranquillity.

My passion is to see people and organisations succeed.  Life experience tells me that we all have unique skills and giftings, but sometimes we need someone to help release them and believe in us. Through my relationship with you I aim to draw these qualities out and bring tranquillity and confidence to your situation.

I’ve had a varied career, from my first job packing boxes in a warehouse to selling advertising, musical instruments, kitchens and photocopiers (not all at the same time!). I’ve also worked as a kitchen designer and as Assistant Marketing Manager for a large events company.

I worked at CCLI, an international copyright licensing organisation between 1998 and 2016 . Fifteen of those years were as part of the company’s Global Executive Team. My various roles included Licensing Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, Managing Director for Europe and Africa and Vice President of Global Operations.

It was after leaving CCLI that I set up Iremia Consulting Ltd.

In addition to my business career I have also been a Trustee for a number of charitable organisations including Prospects, St Wilfrid’s Hospice where I was also Chairman and Heathfield and Waldron CFR group where as well as being Vice Chair of trustees I was an active Responder, supporting South East Coast Ambulance Service by attending 999 calls in our local community.

All these roles have given me a wealth of business experience and with it the ability to provide objective insight into your situation.
